Four Girls

The musician. This is the happy girl, who is passionate about music and life. She knows that as long as she has music, everything will always be okay, because music enables her to feel truly at peace, and see that beauty is everywhere. This is ambitious girl who works hard because she knows what she wants to do, and she is determined to get there. She is growing up, becoming stronger and more independent. She is a bit of a dreamer.

The girl who cares too much, and wants to help people. This is the girl who worried about her mum drowning in the bath when she was little. She doesn't really like watching the news because it upsets her. Her fear is something bad happening to someone she cares about. When bad things do happen to her family/friends, she doesn't stop thinking about them and hoping that they are okay. She's an analyst, she never seems to stop thinking. She tries to empathise with people as much as possible, because she thinks everyone needs someone to really listen. She hopes that one day she can make a difference to peoples' lives, even if it's just a small difference.

The girl who is trying to rebel a little bit. She's not trying to get attention, but she's testing people. She's trying to see who will take notice if she changes, or does something that people don't expect from her. She's small and quiet, and she wants to see what happens if she shouts really loudly. She wants to see if anyone will look up, or just continue to look past her. She doesn't want to hurt people, but she's putting herself first, and she seems angry. She's finding reasons to blame people so she can justify her anger to herself. She wants to do something dramaticto prove that she has changed because she's scared that people will see her in the way that she was.

The child. This is the girl who wants to be looked after. She wants someone to stay with her whatever happens. She's a bit needy. She's scared of being alone or abandoned. She's always looking for a person to help her, and keep her safe. She doesn't feel strong because she's only a child. She finds it difficult to forget about the bad things. She's finding it more difficult to trust people because she's scared they will let her down, but at the same time she's desperate to let someone in.
