Excuse me, I'm gonna drink a little more than I should tonight

I really miss my friends who have gone to university! Especially Lewis and Jesse because I saw them all the time. But from the sounds of it they are really happy there. At first I wished I was there too but actually I'm quite happy to be here still... For now.

Reasons why I am happy I didn't go to university this year:

1. Ollie. I've only been seeing him a few weeks but it seems to be going quite well, and the other day when I was upset he came over to try and cheer me up, which was sweet of him and I really appreciated it.


2. It gives me a chance to earn some money. I don't have a job yet but I'm trying harder with Avon and I've done a lot of babysitting recently.


3. I am not completely alone at college. There are more third years than I expected there to be and I have enough friends there.


4. It gives me a chance to do grade 6 violin and cello. I probably wouldn't be able to if I was at uni.


5. I might start learning to drive in December.
