
There is more than one reason why warrior pose is my favourite in yoga. Firstly because you can feel your muscles working. It involves staying in a position that your body is not used to doing, so it feels rewarding afterwards.
Secondly because it makes you feel big, and powerful. It makes it look like you are defending yourself.
What I like most about warrior pose is that it's easy to stay balanced in this position. You feel safe, you don't feel like you are about to fall. It's a stable pose, you are rooted to the ground like a tree.
Ahahaha. I like the plank position in yoga. xD I've never tried that position before, maybe I will later.
