I am happy to say that this is the best I have felt all year. The last few (almost) stress free months and extra sleep has obviously done me good. I still feel nowhere close to normal, but I am grateful for any improvement.
Cool! Did anything significant happen that made you feel this way? Someone? Something? If that's the case, you should be more involved with that person or thing more. xD
I think it was just because i've been focusing more over the summer on what my body and mind needs, like more sleep etc. Being away from the whole college environment has definitely helped so when I go back I just have to try to keep stress levels down and not push myself too hard :)
